Sparkling Apple Ginger Cocktail

It’s always nice to elevate a traditional cocktail when entertaining guests. Luckily, the gorgeous color and distinct flavor of Sunrise Magic® apples are all you need to dress up any drink. This apple ginger concoction is the perfect example! Try it with tequila or vodka to suit your preference or mood.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sunrise Magic® apple, peeled and cored and diced
  • 2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 8 oz vodka or tequila
  • Sparkling water

Directions

  1. Add the apple, ginger, orange juice, lemon, honey, and vodka to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Prepare 4 serving glasses with ice and divide the blended mixture between the 4 glasses.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish as desired.
  4. Serve immediately & enjoy!

 Note: Omit the alcohol for a refreshing, immune-boosting mocktail!
